march 5, 2003 student strike at columbia college:
ontheground is urging all columbia college students to strike their usual class agenda on march 5th. but don't walk-out, speak out! in your classrooms, raise your voice and help begin a dialogue about war, human consequence, homeland security, foreign policy, etc. take a secret ballet vote on who opposes the war and who stands for it. don't let these issues be avoided. everyone should have a voice and can & will be heard.

an all day teach-in/speak-out/discussion featuring:
-- Raymond Lotta, author of _America in Decline_
-- Paul Street, Chicago Urban League, writer for Z Magazine
-- Kevin Clark, chicago medic, spent last month in the Occupied Territories
-- Regina Wellner, Columbia College - Professor of Middle East History
-- John Stevenson, Columbia College - Professor of Philosophy
-- various student speakers from Columbia College OnTheGround & Not In Our Name

performed by columbia college students

- 11am on michigan avenue (between 600 & 624 s. michigan)
- other various times and places on campus and around chicago.
